| Pavan Datta - Founder, Chairman & Managing Director |
Pavan Datta specializes in identifying viable business opportunities and core business needs, reorganizing troubled operations, envisioning in competitive market environment. Twenty six years of perseverance and a knack for entrepreneurship has brought him where he is today. After his graduation and a short stint with Crompton Greaves, he moved to Gujarat to pursue his MBA in 1983. For the next 16 years he worked in electronics industry and ultimately came up with his own firm, Lakshish in 1999. The Group that initially dealt in only electronic components today has ventured into diverse areas like real estate, housing infrastructure, commercial developments to name a few.

| Gagan Deep Chawla - Director |
Prior to joining Lakshish in 2005, Gagan Deep Chawla was involved in finance business and garments export sector since 1988. He is an accomplished, challenge-oriented professional and entrepreneur. He possesses excellent skills in communication, human-relations, leadership and team building as well as presentation, negotiation and employee motivation. As a Director at Lakshish he oversees all developments and most importantly plays a very key role in the strategic direction of the company. |

Abhishek Dutta - Director
Abhishek Dutta is widely appreciated for his vision, dynamism and strategic capabilities. The youngest director of Lakshish holds a Bachelors degree in Computers from Indraprastha University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from University of Wollongong, Sydney. He started his working career in 2004 and his experience includes tenure at Cobra, Australia and Gigaforce, Australia. But after seeking the growth opportunities in India, Abhishek finally decided to move his base back to India and commenced working with Lakshish in 2007. |
